Meet the Program Director

Kirti Gandhi, PharmD, RPh, is the Director of Pharmacy, Health Plan Services for Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. She is a graduate of The University of Houston College of Pharmacy. After graduation, she completed the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Managed Care Pharmacy Residency as the inaugural managed care resident of the program.

After completing her residency, she accepted a position with Kelsey-Seybold, where she has served as the Manager of Health Plan Pharmacy Services and residency program coordinator prior to her promotion to Director of Pharmacy, Health Plan Services in 2020.

Through her experiences with Medicare Part D, Dr. Gandhi has greatly contributed to the 8-year consecutive 5-star status of KelseyCare Advantage, and has established various clinical initiatives, providing unique experiences for pharmacist practice in a health plan setting.

Dr. Gandhi is involved with the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, and serves as a preceptor to student pharmacists across the U.S.
