Kelsey Pharmacy app transition period begins June 7, 2024

Kelesey Pharmacy Mobile App Users: To continue to enhance our MyKelseyOnline capabilities and streamline the user experience, we are performing an upgrade to MyKelseyOnline to deliver more Pharmacy services via your MyKelseyOnline account/MyKelsey app. into the MyKelseyOnline Portal, we are performing a system upgrade.

As a function of this upgrade, the existing Kelsey Pharmacy app will operate through 11:59 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2024, and then be deactivated effective 12 a.m. (midnight) Friday, June 7, 2024.

During the transition period, a temporary web portal will be available here: Kelsey pharmacy Prescriptions made easy (medrefill.com). Kelsey patients will be able to refill a prescription or transfer their prescription using this temporary web-based solution. You can also call your pharmacy or the pharmacy number on your prescription medication for refill or transfer assistance.

We are excited about the integration of Kelsey Pharmacy services into MyKelseyOnline and apologize for any inconvenience you may experience during this transition period.

We will notify patients once the new Kelsey Pharmacy features are available on MyKelseyOnline.
