We are happy to report that most Kelsey-Seybold Clinic locations have resumed regular business hours and patients with scheduled appointments should plan to arrive at their appointed time for check-in.
As part of our recovery efforts, Summer Creek Clinic will reopen for patient care on Tuesday, July 16.
Additionally, many of the specialties and services offered at North Houston Campus will reopen for patient care on Tuesday, July 16. Services and amenities open for patient care at North Houston Campus on Tuesday, July 16 includes:
- Primary Care
- Specialty Care
- Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Cancer Services – except for infusion therapy
- Imaging Services (Routine X-Ray, Mammography, Dexa, Nuclear Medicine, PET CT. All other services will start Wednesday, July 17, or at a later date.)
Patients with scheduled appointments at Summer Creek Clinic and for the services listed above at North Houston Campus should plan to arrive at their appointed time for check-in.
At this time, River Oaks Clinic is the only Kelsey-Seybold Clinic location that remains closed due to storm damage or power outage issues currently continuing to be addressed. We will continue to assess and provide updates on when this location will reopen for patient care as information becomes available.
Appointments with providers at these locations may be relocated to other locations nearby or may transition to a Virtual Care visit. Patients will be contacted via MyKelseyOnline (MKO) or the MyChart app with instructions on how to connect with their provider for scheduled appointments. Patients may also reschedule their appointments through MKO or the MyChart app, or by calling 713-442-0000.
Scheduling Appointments: New and current patients can schedule primary care appointments online at Kelsey-Seybold.com, both primary and specialty care appointments through MyKelseyOnline, and by calling the 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0000. Both in-person and virtual care appointments are available.
Kelsey Pharmacy: Most Kelsey Pharmacy locations have reopened, and you may call them directly for assistance with any medication-related questions or needs. If the clinic or campus location of your Kelsey Pharmacy is listed above, then your Kelsey Pharmacy is closed, and you may call the Contact Center at 713-442-0000 to be transferred to a Kelsey Pharmacy team member who can help you. Any open Kelsey Pharmacy location can fill or refill your medications, provide counseling on medications, or transfer your prescription(s) to another Kelsey Pharmacy or any pharmacy of your choosing.
Ambulatory Surgery Centers Update: Berthelsen Main Campus, North Houston Campus, and Memorial Villages Campus Ambulatory Surgery Centers are open for care and patients should plan to arrive at their appointed time for check-in. Patients should complete preparations in advance of their procedures per their physician’s instructions.
Cancer Center Update: The Kelsey-Seybold Cancer Center at Berthelsen Main Campus, Fort Bend Campus, and Springwoods Village Campus are open for care and patients should arrive for appointments and treatment as scheduled.
The Kelsey-Seybold Cancer Center at North Houston Campus is open for care, with the exception of infusion therapy. North Houston Campus Cancer Center patients receiving infusion therapy will be contacted by Cancer Center staff regarding their appointments.

Patients can call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0000 for information specific to lab, diagnostic/imaging, pharmacy services, as well as in-person appointments available at specific locations.
Patients who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment can do so by logging into their MyKelseyOnline account or on their MyKelsey app.
