​Ambulatory Surgery Center Urology Services

At our state-of-the art Urology suite, our specialists can safely perform 70% to 80% of urological procedures formerly done in a hospital setting.

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has the largest freestanding non-hospital based Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Texas at our Berthelsen Main Campus. Our surgeons and staff are dedicated to expertly delivering outpatient urological surgery and procedures in a convenient, caring environment.

Most of our surgical procedures can be performed in one day at our Urology suite at the ASC without the need for an overnight hospital stay. Our board-certified surgeons and anesthesiologists, registered nurses, and medical technicians are professionally trained in surgical and recovery care.

The urological surgery services and procedures performed in our ASC include:

• Brachytherapy
• Hernia treatment
• Kidney stone removal
• Sling procedure for incontinence
• TURBT (Trans Urethral Resection of Bladder Tumor)
• TURP (Trans Urethral Resection of Prostate)
