Traveling from Houston on I-45
Travel North on I-45.

Take exit 79 toward S.H. 242 (College Park Drive).

Make a u-turn at S.H. 242 and stay on the I-45 south feeder road.

Drive approximately 1.2 miles, past the cemetery and right after Twin Peaks.

Turn right on Vision Park Blvd. The clinic is on your right with lots of free onsite parking.
From Downtown
Take I-10 E towards Beaumont

Take Exit 792 to Garth Rd.

Merge onto E Freeway Service Rd/Interstate 10 Service Rd.

Turn Right onto Garth Rd.

Baytown Clinic is located between Hunt Rd and Archer Rd. The clinic is next to H-E-B.
