About Springwoods Village Campus
NOW OPEN! Kelsey-Seybold's Springwoods Village Campus provides comprehensive adult and pediatric primary, as well as specialty care, for those living and working in the north Harris and south Montgomery County areas.
Conveniently located in City Place on Holzwarth Road and the Grand Parkway in Spring, the campus offers more than a dozen specialties, including Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT/Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, Mohs Surgery, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Urology, as well as the convenience of an on-site laboratory and diagnostic services.
Springwoods Village Campus will add a Kelsey Pharmacy, cancer services, including an infusion center, and an outpatient surgery center in 2024.
Welcoming New Patients and Accepting Most Health Insurance Plans
Kelsey-Seybold’s Springwoods Village Campus welcomes new patients and accepts more than 50 health insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare.
