Kimberly Pham, MD, earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine at Galveston in 2021. She went on to Baylor Scott & White Round Rock to complete her Internal Medicine internship and residency in 2024. Dr. Pham then joined Kelsey-Seybold as an internist and hospitalist in January 2025.

Dr. Pham has had a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives since she was young. Now, as a board-certified internist and hospitalist, Dr. Pham spends most of her time caring for patients admitted into the hospital setting. She diagnoses, treats, and manages a wide range of conditions, including sepsis, respiratory failure, heart failure exacerbation, and more. The most rewarding aspects of practicing medicine are being a part of a team in helping patients and being able to help people experiencing a variety of presentations of medical illness.

Philosophy of Care

To build trust with patients, Dr. Pham listens empathetically to understand their views and symptoms while also communicating clearly about their conditions. With a collaborative, patient-centered, evidence-based approach, she involves her patients in the decision-making, treating them as the real individuals they are.

Hobbies and Interests

In her spare time, Dr. Pham enjoys the calmness and value she gains each day while learning new things about the world of technology, hanging out with her family, or listening to music.
