John Lyle grew up in the Clear Lake area and attended Stephen F. Austin State University receiving his Bachelor's degree in Management and his Master’s degree in Health Services Management from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor. John’s 30-year career is concentrated in Medical Practice Management with additional experience managing numerous outpatient & inpatient services such as Radiology, Lab, Cardiac Cath & EP Labs, Dialysis, Endoscopy, Bronchoscopy to name a few.
Currently, John serves as Senior Vice President of Healthcare Service Lines and his current scope of responsibility includes overseeing:
- Cardiology
- Imaging
- Laboratory Services
- Retail, Infusion, Procurement and Specialty Pharmacy Services
- Ambulatory Surgery Centers
- On-Site Clinic Operations which includes our two new mobile units
- Cancer Services, including Medical Oncology, Infusion and Radiation Oncology
- Primary Care at Home program
- Hospitalist program
- Behavioral Health
- Palliative Care
- Anesthesiology
His mission is to improve the quality and value of healthcare across our region through sustainable, paced growth.
John is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association and has previously served as the President of the Gulf Coast Chapter. He is certified by the American College of Medical Practice Executives and has also served as an invited speaker to graduate programs and professional groups within the Healthcare Industry. John serves as a Board Member & Executive Committee Member of the Kelsey Research Foundation, former Board Chairman for the Pearland Chamber of Commerce and former Board Member of the Pearland Economic Development Corporation.
Aaron Carlson

Senior Vice President, Ambulatory Services
Aaron Carlson grew up in Chicago, Illinois and attended the University of Illinois receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and his Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy at Northwestern University. Though relatively new to the organization, Aaron brings over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, most recently at Mercy Clinic in St. Louis where he had operational oversight of hospital services and 52 clinic locations.
Currently, Aaron serves as the Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Services and his current scope of responsibility includes overseeing day-to-day operations of over 30 clinic locations, in addition to the Contact Center. In his role, Aaron prides himself in cultivating relationships with physicians, coworkers, and community leaders, as well as leveraging his expertise in program development, brand loyalty, staff engagement and facility renewal.
Additionally, Aaron is Board Certified in Healthcare Management and is affiliated with several professional associations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives.
