Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Welcomes Rheumatology Services to Clear Lake Medical Center Clinic

Houston (July 23, 2004) – For more than fifty years, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has provided quality health care and outpatient services to the Houston area. In its continuing commitment to deliver the most advanced level of comprehensive patient care, Kelsey-Seybold is pleased to announce these new services to their clinics.

Kelsey-Seybold Clear Lake Medical Center Clinic, located at 17448 Highway 3, welcomes Martin S. Fischer, M.D. to their Rheumatology department and Dr. Paul G. Steinkuller to their Pediatric Ophthalmology department.

Martin S. Fischer, MD, joined the Clear Lake Medical Center Clinic in July of 2004, and has been with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic since 1970. Dr. Fischer is a graduate of New York Medical College. He completed his internship at University of Minnesota and residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in New York. Dr. Fischer is board certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine and his area of clinical interest is in Radiopharmaceuticals.

Paul G. Steinkuller, MD, joined the Ophthalmology department at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic on April 5, 2004. Dr. Steinkuller is a graduate of George Washington University School of Medicine. He completed his internship in Ophthalmology at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland and his residency at Washington Hospital. He also completed a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology at the National Children's Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Steinkuller is board certified in Ophthalmology and his areas of special interest include amblyopia (lazy eye) and strabismus (eye muscle imbalances).
