Rachel Yates, PA-C, is a Family Medicine physician assistant who first attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, earning her Bachelor of Science in health science studies in 2021. She then completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch, John Sealy School of Medicine, in Galveston in 2024. Rachel joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Family Medicine department in November 2024.

With diverse clinical experience in geriatrics, pulmonology, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, emergency medicine, and mental health, Rachel offers the full spectrum of primary care for both pediatric and adult patients. In addition to providing well checks, immunizations, and physicals, she diagnoses and treats a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions such as upper respiratory infections, headaches, nausea and vomiting, hypertension, urinary tract infections, asthma, diabetes, and more.
