After earning her bachelor’s degree in 2015 from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Rachel Dillard, MD, attended the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where she completed her medical degree in 2019. She remained at UTMB for her Obstetrics and Gynecology internship and residency, which she completed in 2020 and 2023, respectively. Dr. Dillard joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2023.

Dr. Dillard was inspired to become a physician by the doctors who cared for her ill father when she was young. She strives to provide patient-centered women’s healthcare for patients at all stages in their lives, whether they need well woman exams, prenatal care, menopausal care, gynecological surgery, or anything in between. She enjoys building relationships with patients and being there for them through big milestones and hard times.
