Dr. Oksana Marroquin is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. She earned her medical degree at Ryazan State Ivan Petrovich Pavlov Medical University Medical Faculty in 1992.

She completed her Internal Medicine residency in 1994 at Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University, Stryi Central Town Hospital, in Stryi, Ukraine, and her Family Medicine residency in the McAllen Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2017.

Starting her medical career in her home country of Ukraine in 1994, Dr. Marroquin came to the United States in 2010, settling in Humble, Texas, and working at Memorial Hermann Hospital as a Patient Access Representative while pursuing her Texas medical license. Before coming to Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, Dr. Marroquin was on staff at MedExpress Urgent Care in Spring, Texas.
