Dr. Monica Suliman double majored at The University of Texas. She earned her medical degree in 2010 at Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency in 2014 at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, N.J. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is trained in da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery. From 2014 to 2020, Dr. Suliman served as an OB/GYN specialist at Grande Dunes OB/GYN and Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, S.C. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2020.

Dr. Suliman has two cats named Mac and Cheese. Her guilty pleasures are chocolate and cheese. As a child, she visited Egypt. She also participated in People to People International programs as a U.S. representative in track and field in 1999.
