After graduation from medical school, Dr. Pant completed a pediatrics residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, Texas, before doing a one-year critical care medicine fellowship at The University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston. Dr. Pant worked in the pediatric emergency room and urgent care before joining Kelsey-Seybold.

Awards & Publications

Dr. Pant received Best Abstract in May 2014 from the Pediatrics Fellowship Research Symposium at The University of Texas Health Services Center in Houston. She also received the President’s Volunteer Services Award for Outstanding Services from the Methodist Hospital in Houston.

Hobbies & Interests

Dr. Pant has recently developed a love for cooking and she enjoys adding her own twists to recipes. Traveling is her favorite hobby. She looks forward to local school opportunities to help children become more aware about a healthy lifestyle ranging from exercises to screen time talk.  

Fun Facts

Dr. Pant’s guilty pleasure is visiting The Chocolate Bar at Rice Village. She goes an extra mile to explore local cafes for a smooth cup of decaffeinated coffee. Her favorite musical artist is Yanni, but she’s also a Houston Symphony fan.
