  • About the Provider

Gabriella McFadden, PA-C, is an OB/GYN physician assistant at Kelsey-Seybold. She attended Texas A&M University in College Station, earning her Bachelor of Science in biology in 2019. She then went on to Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia, completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2024. Gabriella joined Kelsey-Seybold in December 2024.

With a lifelong interest in medicine, Gabriella was inspired to become a physician assistant after having an excellent experience with an emergency room physician assistant as a patient when she was in college. She sees patients from adolescence through post-menopause for things such as prenatal care, postnatal care, fertility concerns, breast conditions, sexually transmitted infections, abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, and more. She is also able to provide preventive care, including evidence-based contraception counseling and screening for malignancy. In her practice, Gabriella enjoys building relationships with them over time and helping women make informed decisions about their health.

Gabriella builds trust with patients through active listening and open communication to ensure her patients feel safe and comfortable discussing any concerns. She treats each patient as an individual who is unique, not just as a symptom or condition. Gabriella also thinks building strong relationships with patients allows for good patient education, which empowers patients to make informed decisions through evidence-based medicine.

Hobbies and Interests

In her spare time, Gabriella enjoys spending time with family and friends, experimenting with new recipes, and reading. She also loves trying out different restaurants throughout the city.
