Dr. Francis Ibarra is a board-certified, cardiac fellowship-trained anesthesiologist at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. He earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, in 1983. He earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston McGovern Medical School in 1987. He completed his Internal Medicine internship in 1988 and his Anesthesiology residency in 1991, both at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He completed The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston cardiovascular anesthesiology fellowship program in 1992.
