In 2004, Dr. Eyad Kawar completed his medical degree at the University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan, where he also completed his internship in 2005. In 2009, he completed his Internal Medicine residency and served as a chief medical resident at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. In 2013, he completed his fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care at the Alpert Medical School at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine, Dr. Kawar treats adult patients for conditions of the respiratory system, particularly the lungs. Some medical conditions Dr. Kawar can manage include asthma, bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), sleep apnea, and more. His clinical interest includes treating pulmonary complications related to neuromuscular disorders.
