May 17, 2024, 5 p.m.:
Due to widespread power outages across the greater Houston area, some patient appointments with providers, as well as diagnostic or surgical procedures are being rescheduled at other locations or to another date/time. Our Contact Center and Clinical teams will be in touch with patients who have scheduled appointments at clinic locations affected by the power outages. We are continuing to monitor power outage conditions over the weekend and will provide updates on Sunday, May 19 about any changes to our operations or clinic openings for Monday, May 20.
Clinic and Campus locations affected by the power outages are moving appointments to Virtual Care only on Friday, May 17:
- Greater Heights Clinic – Virtual Only
- Memorial Villages Campus – Virtual Only
- North Channel Clinic – Virtual Only
- Rice Village Clinic – Virtual Only

Memorial Villages Campus will re-open for Saturday in-clinic appointments and medical services from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Patients can schedule online or call 713-442-0000 to schedule.
Patients can call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0000 to reschedule any in-person appointments, as well as diagnostics or procedures, based on their availability.
Patients can also cancel and reschedule appointments in their MyKelseyOnline patient account.

Patients can call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0000 for information specific to lab, diagnostic/imaging, pharmacy services, as well as in-person appointments available today at specific locations.
Patients who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment can do so by logging into their MyKelseyOnline or the ‘MyKelsey’ app.
