Weather Update
May 19, 2024, 3 p.m.:
We are happy to report that many of our locations affected by the power outages last Thursday will resume normal operations on Monday, May 20, including:
- Memorial Villages Campus – Open for In-Person Care
- Rice Village Clinic – Open for In-Person Care
- Summer Creek Clinic – Open for In-Person Care
- Tanglewood Clinic – Open for In-Person Care
At this time, there are two clinic locations still without power. In-person appointments at these locations will be relocated to nearby clinics until power is restored. Kelsey-Seybold’s 24/7 Contact Center is reaching out to patients with appointments at these locations to alert them of the change in location for their in-person appointments.
**Patients with scheduled in-person appointments at Greater Heights Clinic will be relocated to either Meyerland Clinic or Berthelsen Main Campus.
**Patients with scheduled in-person appointments at North Channel Clinic will be relocated to Summer Creek Clinic.
Patients with questions may call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0000 to confirm the location of their in-person appointments, as well as diagnostics or procedures.
PATIENT NOTIFICATIONS:
Patients can call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0000 for information specific to lab, diagnostic/imaging, pharmacy services, as well as in-person appointments available today at specific locations.
Patients who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment can do so by logging into their MyKelseyOnline or the ‘MyKelsey’ app.
