Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Summer Creek is a two-story, multispecialty facility conveniently located off North Sam Houston Parkway East, providing residents in the Humble community with easily accessible, comprehensive care close to home.
Our Summer Creek Clinic offers adult and pediatric primary care, as well as nine medical specialties, on-site diagnostics and labs, and a Kelsey Pharmacy, so you have easy access to the high-quality care you deserve all under one roof.
Welcoming New Patients and Accepting Most Health Insurance Plans
Our Summer Creek Clinic is welcoming new patients and accepts more than 50 health insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is also in-network with the following Medicare Advantage Plans: KelseyCare Advantage, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and WellCare.
