The safety of our patients and employees remains our top priority. We are monitoring the weather conditions across our area and will update any changes to operations accordingly.
January 16, 2024, 1 p.m. UPDATE:
The following locations are currently impacted due to the inclement weather conditions, all other Kelsey-Seybold Clinic locations are open for patient care:
- Memorial Villages Campus is closed this afternoon due to a water line break. Visits with providers from this location will be available through Virtual Care/Video Visits. Our Contact Center and Clinical teams are currently working to reschedule patients who had appointments for diagnostic services this afternoon.
- River Oaks Clinic is closed Tues., Jan. 16 and will reopen Wed., Jan. 17 for in-person care and medical services.
Lab and Diagnostic Services: The weather conditions have significantly impacted staffing availability for laboratory and diagnostic/imaging tests and services (X-Ray, Ultrasound, lab work, etc.). We recommend patients call 713-442-0000 prior to arriving onsite for these services today, Tues. Jan. 16 to confirm the services are available. If you have a confirmed appointment and your provider orders labs or imaging/diagnostic testing and it is not available at your Clinic/Campus location, patients can get tests done at a future date at any Kelsey-Seybold location when operations return to normal.

Patients can call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0000 for information specific to lab, diagnostic/imaging, pharmacy services, as well as in-person appointments available today at specific locations.
Patients who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment can do so by logging into their MyKelseyOnline or the ‘MyKelsey’ app.
