Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – The Woodlands is a three-story multispecialty facility conveniently located off I-45 North in Shenandoah to give those living and working in The Woodlands area easy access to high-quality, coordinated care.
In addition to adult and pediatric primary care, our clinic in The Woodlands offers a comprehensive list of 21 specialties, diagnostic and lab services, X-rays, and a Kelsey Pharmacy — all in one location.

Our Woodlands Clinic is welcoming new patients and accepts more than 50 health insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. - Kelsey-Seybold Clinic was named the nation’s first accredited Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in 2013 by the prestigious National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
- The NCQA also designated Kelsey-Seybold as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
- Kelsey-Seybold received the maximum three-year accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) for providing high-quality care and services consistent with AAAHC standards.

FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR PATIENTS AND EMPLOYEES: If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath, or other upper respiratory conditions), please call our 24/7 contact center at 713-442-0000. Patients can conduct an on-demand Video Visit 7 days a week until 9 p.m. If you are having COVID-19 related symptoms, please take an at-home COVID-19 test prior to conducting a virtual or in-person visit to expedite diagnosis and treatment.
